Question:How many Inches off the floor?

Answer:It can go up to 3 inches off the floor. Just screw to adjust little feet.

Question:What are the "back to front" dimensions with the door closed? Does it require space in the back as I want to install against a wall?

Answer:It is 18” including the door. The back is flat so it can go up against a wall. Leave maybe a 1” gap for the wire to come out.
