          Customer questions & answers

Question: How many pieces does this come in please ?
Answer: Hi Jay, I have just recently bought this and it comes in panels really so the sides and the back are complete panels and then there are the supporting parts so in total 16 parts. It is great but definitely needs two people to put it together! Tracie

Question: Hi all, this is being put on grass so I want to put a few small concert bases for the 4 main post, does any know the centres of posts .
Answer: Hiya centres of the 4 posts are : width 157cm, Depth 67cm . Each post is 7 cm square

Question: Can anyone advise if this structure should be secured to the ground?
Answer: We've had ours since last summer and it seems perfectly stable, though its in a sheltered bit of the garden and sited on a paved area. So unless you're putting it in a very exposed spot, I think it doesn't need securing to the ground.

Question: Hi, what are the internal dimensions please just width and depth, so i can make sure my bbq will fit in many thanks
Answer: The space is 1500mm wide and the woodwork is 600mm deep. There is actually no limit on the depth really because the front is open, only the sides are enclosed.

Question: Could I have the outside dimension of the bbq shelter so that we can build a concrete base for it to sit on? This should not include the side.
Answer: Hiya the width is 164 cm and the depth is 73 cm. but note that there is a 10 cm overhang of the roof at the rear of the shelter so if you are placing it against a fence or wall the depth above needs to be increased by at least 10 cm
