Answer: JUST MEASURED THE LEGS ARE 28 INCHES FULL TABLE HEIGTH IS 31 I DONT THINK YOU'LL BE ABLE TO PUT OVER A DINING ROOM TABLE AND TABLE LEGS FOLD UP SO YOU CAN PUT AWAY AFTER EVERY USE IF THAT IS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION
