Question: What are the post to post measurements for the 14x10 version?
Answer: The measurement from outside of post to outside of post is 152.36 inches by 104.17 inches. The posts themselves are 6 inches by 6 inches.

Question: If mounting to an upper deck which is 3" of concrete over styrofoam panels, what anchoring parts come with unit? Do you have to buy deck anchoring?
Answer: You will have to buy your own anchors. The base of the posts have provisions for 4 3/8 inch concrete anchors on each post

Question: Are the measurements from post to post or from the corners of the overhang?
Answer: The measurements from outside post to outside post is 152.36 inches by 104.17 inches. The 14'X10' is the top measurement of the Ashford.

Question: can you add a hard roof or fabric to keep rain off?
Answer: You can add a fabric cover.
