Question: Which is correct ? In these previous questions you answered that the studs are 16” on center but in the review with pictures they are clearly 24”.
Answer: The manual shows that the studs provided in the kit are 24" on center. You can purchase more materials to make the wall studs 16" on center if you would like.

Question: Is this rated for heavy snow loads (Hamilton, NY)?
Answer: The snow load is about 20-30lbs per square foot.

Question: What exactly is included? The images show differing layouts, i.e. some with and some without windows. Also are wood & all other materials included?
Answer: Thank you for your interest in our Handy Home Astoria 12x20 Do-it-Yourself Wooden Storage Shed. This particular item does not actually come with windows but you can purchase those separately. Floor materials are not included to allow for custom foundations such as cement pads and more. You would also purchase paint and shingles separately. The instructions spell out exactly how much of what items to buy for the floor and the shingles as well as how much paint.

Question: What is the spacing between wall studs?
Answer: The spacing is 16' on center. However you can purchase extra material on your own to make it 12' on center

Question: Previous answer was not clear; is the roof sheathing included?
Answer: 7/16" thick sheets of OSB for the roof panels (sheathing) are included. Shingles and roofing nails to complete your shed roof are not included. Optional items to purchase for your roof are drip edge and felt along with additional roofing nails for those. The instructions list the quantities you need to purchase.
