Question: is this a kit ? or fully assembled ? is flooring included? thanks ?
Answer: This is kit. Flooring including but you still need base.

Question: When you say you still need base, what exactly does that mean? is it wood or something you sell separately?
Answer: You need some type of base support to stabilize the unit. If you have a concrete backyard that will work. I have a smaller version 8x6 on solid soil and it’s fine. It does come with a plastic base at about 1” in height.

Question: does this come with a plastic floor? im not talking about a base deck to put the whole thing on
